Yes, but not again, not working for me, it show me that makes 100 likes, but when i log in mu account - likes missing, the comment option - to, not working and the other options not working, only ''pin images'' working, but it pin images so small and the description from flickr stay in the top of my description, you can see example here :

windows 8 has many problems with many software, make a virtual machine of xp or 7 if you can not re install and use that for testing software.
