[SOLVED] Instagram Bot Beginner Question

This is probably a simple answer but when using a software like Jarvee, with a proxy, for Instagram automation, how do I make posts?

Can I still log into my phone and post? Do I make posts through the bot? Do I stop the bot then log into my phone and make posts?

I've heard constantly not to make any activity on your Instagram while the bot is running.  I am a bit confused on this part.

Yes, you're able to post whatever you want and use your Instagram app in your mobile phone as usually.
