Instagram Bot Beginner Question

This is probably a simple answer but when using a software like Jarvee, with a proxy, for Instagram automation, how do I make posts?

Can I still log into my phone and post? Do I make posts through the bot? Do I stop the bot then log into my phone and make posts?

I've heard constantly not to make any activity on your Instagram while the bot is running.  I am a bit confused on this part.

If you are running a small number of accounts (Since you use them with your phone), i would suggest you skip the proxy part and use them on your local IP i'd be better so the account doesn't login from a different location every time. If you have 4G then you are golden.
