How to make a bot which will only select a, b, or c

Hi there- I'm looking to make a bot, and this is entirely new territory for me-- I'll be doing my own research obviously, and not looking for a handout, but I'm curious whether it is possible to have a bot which will act on a series of multiple choice questions, a b or c? if so, is it possible to do within UBot, or BotChief? Or should I look at Java, or something similar? Responses are much appreciated. Cheers!
