does not bring out the token.. just loads and thats all

@google360 could you please give me a screenshot? also do you already try login your facebook account using browser after that?

No I did not try to log my fb account in after that.. I clicked on the software, it brought out a box to put my fb id and pw and after that it began to load, next it disappeared from screen..

First, I tried with my win 7 pc, it said windows encountered problems bla bla bla, then I am trying with my win 10 pc..
